A cookie is a small file the website stores in your browser to remember information between pages. This policy explains which ones we use, in accordance with article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the cookie guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
1. We only use technical cookies
Taller de Hardware does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, whether our own or third-party. We only use the cookies the website needs to work: keeping you logged in, remembering your cart and protecting forms. They are therefore exempt from consent and we do not ask you to accept them.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
thw_sid | Keeps you logged in to your account. | 30 days or until you log out | First-party, technical |
thw_csrf | Protects forms against fraudulent submissions from other websites. | 30 days | First-party, technical |
thw_cart | Remembers the games you have added to your cart. | 30 days or until you buy | First-party, technical |
thw_lang | Remembers the language you chose for the website. | 1 year | First-party, technical (preference) |
wordpress_*, wp-settings-* | Only for site administrators who log in to the WordPress dashboard. | Session / 1 year | First-party, technical |
The website also stores in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) that you have closed the cookie information notice, so it is not shown again.
2. Third-party services
- PayPal: when you click “Pay with PayPal” you leave this website for paypal.com, which uses its own cookies under its cookie policy. This website does not set PayPal cookies.
- Fonts: the website’s fonts are served from our own server; they are not loaded from Google or any other provider.
3. How to block or delete cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, you will not be able to log in, use the cart or buy.
4. Changes
If we ever add non-technical cookies (for example, analytics), we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
