Refunds and withdrawal

1. When you can request a refund

• You have not downloaded the game: you have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, without giving a reason. This is your right of withdrawal.
• You have already downloaded it: once the download begins you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103(m) TRLGDCU), as you accepted before paying. Even so, we will refund you if:
  • the game does not work or does not match its description on a computer that meets the minimum requirements, and we cannot fix it (conformity guarantee, arts. 114 et seq. TRLGDCU);
  • you were charged by mistake or twice.

Purchases are not refunded in cases of clear abuse of this policy, for example repeatedly buying and refunding the same game.

2. How to request it

1. Go to Your account and, in your purchase history, click “Request refund” next to the order.
2. Choose the reason and, if you like, tell us what happened. If it is a technical problem, tell us your operating system, processor and graphics card: sometimes we can fix it.
3. We will reply by email within 14 days at most.

3. What happens when it is approved

• We refund the full amount to the same payment method, through PayPal. The money usually arrives within a few days, depending on your bank.
• The game is removed from My games and can no longer be downloaded from your account. You must uninstall it and delete any copies you have.

4. Withdrawal form

Model form from Annex B of the TRLGDCU. Only fill it in and send it if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
